Stories From the Field

Then I Started Thinking About My Own Family

A customer experience that helped shape the thinking behind GEMACE GROUP.

The Service Call

After completing over 10,000 electrical and HVAC jobs, the service calls themselves became part of a larger perspective. [Add any specific experience you want to include here before publication.]

What I Saw

Years of seeing other people's homes, families, and circumstances eventually stopped being observations about other people. They caused me to think about my own son, grandchildren, family, responsibilities, and what I was building for the future.

What Stayed With Me

It is easy to recognize a vulnerability when you are looking at someone else's situation. It is different when you begin asking the same questions about your own life.

The Question It Raised

Who matters to me? What have I worked hardest to build? What happens if my income stops? What am I counting on? What concerns me about the future? What do I not understand yet?

Why It Matters Today

Those questions helped lead to the philosophy that eventually became GEMACE LifeMap™: start with a person's life, responsibilities, goals, concerns, and existing safeguards before discussing possible solutions.

You don't need to know which product you need before we talk. That's our point.
